These people are 1 from the US and 1 from Newzealand (is that how you spell
it?) both doing the Boot Camps. Both exams zero experience

The people that you are training wouldn't have gotten their msce's through
the BIC Systems Rapid Advancement Programme by any chance?

They have flooded the country with certed people with no real experience and
definitely no computing background.
