Before PaulJ says it, use apt. It's available for Red Hat.

Secondly, use up2date. You get one free registration, which you can, if
you wish, manually transfer around a few different machines.

Thirdly, just grab the RPMs into a directory, and do rpm -Fvh *.rpm. Not
advised, but it works.

Fourthly, this is a FAQ on ILUG. It's come up several times in the last
month. Please check the archives!
