Maplin (now in Jervis Street) do a 3ml phial of electrically conductive
paint which can be used for repairing pcb's. Catalogue page 1226 at about £8
a pop.
Also at www.maplin.co.uk

I'd usually use very fine copper wire and a microfine soldering bit.

Failing that try Radionics/RS Components.

How big a repair do you need to do ?
