The easiest way to do it is:
Install NT to wherever you want it (preferably an NTFS partition),
(otherwise it whines about the FAT32 partition 98 is on, and how it can't
install its boot loader). Then install Win98 to wherever you want it.You
won't be able to boot NT at this stage unless you change the active
partition to the NT one (See Disk Administrator in NT, and fdisk in 98 for
changing active partitions.)
Then install linux, but only put the linux partition in the LILO conf. If
it's on the second drive,
LILO has to go in the MBR of the first drive. Then bot linux, edit lilo.conf
to add:
other=/dev/hda1
label = winnt
table =/dev/hda
other=/dev/hda2
label = win98
table = /dev/hda
default=<whichever you want>
