It's a shame but I agree. They see the ideal being that places like Dell &
Compaq shipping machines with an option of Dual booting BeOS & Windows, as
they are in a different market to Windows. I swear they are.

I dunno. If it works out, it works out. If it doesn't, it's going to end
up like NeXTstep or something.

The strange thing is, that it costs about the same as RedHat or something.
And it's a hell of a lot better. It's dead annoying that there is bugger
all freeware...there are some nice cheap commerical apps, but even a decent
mail tool is ~$50 or something. Irritating.
One other thing I did like was that you can set the GUI to look like
Win98, MacOS or AmigaDOS. No "Enlightenment-brushed metal" theme though.
