OK, I just spoke to a nice lady at the Circle Of Friends
helpline and she says that this scheme only applies to call
charges above 50pounds/bill (ie. 25/month). You cannot
combine this with Circle Of Friends.
If you have a large bill to many different numbers it might work
out better to go with this scheme.
For example, she looked at my last bill which had 122pounds of calls.
72pounds of that would be eligible for discounts. Forgot to ask
exactly how they allocate the 50pounds across the different call
types...
