Hi,
RHL6.0 (eurgh spit) failed to shutdown on me yesterday. I'd a few zombies
floating around in there, and NO init process. Anytime I tried shutdown -r
or -h or halt or reboot, it generated another zombied shutdown process. My
uptime was about 24 days, and admittedly I'd been screwing about hugely with
various daemons in the meantime.
Any ideas??
