I'd have thought that the actual benefit of a tiger team on overall
security would be minimal. It is insufficient to set up a network,
set a tiger teamn on it, and assure the customer that it is fine;
it'll be fine until the next advisory like wu-ftpd, or SMTP relay,
or no ip directed broadcast.

Surely it would be more useful to educated sysadmins monitoring
networks on an ongoing basis, and have a well-subscribed CERT
coordinating responses between differnet ISPs?
