I'm assuming Paul meant to send this to the list as well.
I'm not sure how to convert regular passwds to allow md5 but I
assume it would be a pam module??

how do you convert them over? ie when you set a password how do you specify
you want it as md5?

Also, anyone know if md5 works with NIS? (i assume so..)
