The parallel IDE module is going to have to be unsed (Paride) in
conjunction with the Kernel option, SCSI ATAPI (Or something similar,
its been a while). Linux does not support Parallel or IDE burners, so
you gotta fool the Kernel into thinking they are SCSI devices just
connected to the IDE drive chain, or in your case ... connected parallel
port, connected to the ide chain. Think of it this way :
CDBurner > IDE > SCSI
|Paride | |Kernel Option|
Im very very rust on this, someone else will be able to give you a
