I received a call from Telecom Eireann today (at long last), saying that
they'll be coming by on Friday next week to install my ISDN line. Yay! No
more working over a 56k modem where about 6pm the speed to California gets
pulled down the drain. :)
So, that prompts some questions for me. For example, is there a particular
kind of ISDN card that's best over another, in particular for a linux system
(running RedHat 6.0)?
Are there any tricks to make a linux setup work properly with it?
Thanks for any ideas!
(Can you tell I've never used ISDN before?)
