I imagine Nick is talking about:
* the fact that the majority of queueing systems cannot 'queue' by anything
other than order of entry into queue
* the fact that the majority of MTAs do not handle user-triggered delivery
well
* the fact that the majority of MTAs are still badly programmed with reference
to standards /and/ the 'real world' (tm)
