That's funny, I looked into this just the other day...

I found that Outlook 2000 will quite happily copy messages from
its own folders into folders on an IMAP server. And guess what
format RedHat's IMAP server uses? mbox of course...

Also, I think that Eudora can read Outlook folders and I know
that it uses mbox as its native format.

Mind you, apart from the "it's not Microsoft" argument, what
does Netscape mail have over Outlook? Are you talking about
Outlook 97/98/2000 or Outlook Express?

I just compared Outlook 2000, Outlook Express, NS Messenger,
Eudora Pro and Pegasus Mail and (this is gonna hurt) I found
Outlook 2000 to be the best :-(

This is, of course, a corollary of the axiom "all mail readers suck"
which is a corollary of "all software sucks".
