Paul,

Ultra66 is not yet supported by 2.2.x kernels. You can find a patch at
http://www.dyer.vanderbilt.edu/server/udma/, but you have some rough road
ahead. Ultra66 is supported in the 2.3.x development kernel series at least
as of 2.3.3.
