i got this from the .ini files on their CD:

newsgroup server:news.esatclear.ie
id recomend wvdial for connecting,redhat 6.1 has it,otherwise go to
http://home.earthlink.net/~dsb3/wvdial/ for the rpm's. that *should* set
up your modem for you,just put:
nameserver 194.145.128.1
nameserver 194.145.128.2
into /etc/resolv.conf.
as for the email,id recomend donncha's install-sendmail script
