An old PC running Linux with a cheap ISDN card in does the job. Obviously this box
will also allow dialin via either ISDN or modem, if you choose to put a modem in.

For a really easy install, use SuSE 6.2 - integrates the latest ISDN4Linux and 2.2.x
kernels nicely and you can configure your whole ISDN setup via YaST.

In fairness, I have to say that having used both Linux and ZyXEL as recommended by
Barry Flanagan, the Zyxel is very easy to setup, though I've not used it for dialin.
