The latest version of Mutt appears to do anyway with the need for some of
the action in your site but luckily enough the Ilug is not one of the lists
that strip attachments.

I prefer to sign anything I send, one of my none local account was hijacked
for sending out a virus message and I had a damn job proving that it had
nothing to do with me. Thankfully one ISP sent me a copy including full
headers and I proved it that way.
